Steel grit is produced in three different hardnesses as standard. Depending on the degree of hardness, this abrasive sooner or later becomes rounded in the working mixture. Sharpened steel grit is an effective blasting material, with lower dustiness, high bulk density, which is particularly suitable for cleaning, roughening, removing scale and for blasting as a preparation before painting metal workpieces.
